In recognition of this commitment, TNC will abide by the following code of conduct: TNC will act with integrity in all our dealings with clients and during any negotiations undertaken with, or on behalf of our clients. TNC personnel will behave in accordance with the respect and trust that our clients entrust in us. TNC will uphold the confidences of former, present and prospective clients and abide by all non-disclosure agreements set forth. TNC will abide by, complement and endorse the corresponding security policies and guidelines of clients as shared with TNC. TNC and its associates will not hold any share position with any company where it may profit or gain through other means from any company found to do business with its clients. TNC personnel will conduct business in an ethical manner in all dealings. TNC will pro-actively offer conflict of interest disclosures. TNC will not make donations to foundation fund-raising programs relating to diagnostic imaging. TNC will bring to the attention of clients any unethical behavior or actions toward TNC by any vendors conducting business with its clients. TNC will accept no fees, commissions, gifts or any other considerations for professional services from anyone except clients for whom the services were specifically performed. TNC will not represent conflicting or competing interests without the express written consent of those concerned and will actively disclose any such perceived conflicts of interest.
